Learned advocate for the Kolkata Municipal Corporation submits that the Tribunal has already been reconstituted but is yet to be functional.

In view of such, the interim order passed in the matter on June 11, 2024 which was subsisting till the end of the month of September, 2024 is further extended till the end of the month of November 2024 or until further order(s), whichever is earlier, enabling the petitioner to approach the Tribunal for any interim protection in the meantime.

C.O. 1959 of 2024 is thus disposed of with the above terms without any order as to costs.
