In our view, the Tribunal after consideration of the relevant records, by its order dated 17th March 2015, issued certain directions to be complied with, appearing in paragraphs 14 to 17 of the impugned order, by the authority concerned.

At this stage, we do not find any reason to interfere with the order passed by the Tribunal. In view of the pendency of the writ petition, we direct the authorities to carry out the directions of the Tribunal within three weeks from the date of communication of this order after giving an opportunity of hearing to the petitioner or an advocate of her choice to represent her case.

We make it clear that we have not gone into the merits of the case. However, the authority shall decide the matter according to the observations made by the Tribunal in the impugned order.

Needless to mention, in the event the decision is in favour of the petitioner, consequential benefits that may immediately follow such decision shall be released immediately thereafter.

WPST 152 of 2015 is thus disposed of without any order as to costs.

Urgent photostat copy of this order, if applied for, be given to the parties upon compliance of all formalities.
