Sl-31 Ct.06 (S.R.) This application under Article 227 of the Constitution of India is at the instance of the father praying for a direction upon the Learned Family Court, Jhargram to dispose of the Misc. Case No.04 of 2024 expeditiously.
In view of the order sought and proposed to be passed, this Court is of the considered view that there is no necessity to direct issuance of any notice upon the opposite party. However, the learned advocate on record of the petitioner shall be obliged to forward a copy of this application along with this order upon the opposite parties or upon the learned advocates representing such opposite parties before the Learned Trial Judge. From the order-sheets appended to this application, this Court finds that 2nd July, 2025 was fixed for hearing of the Misc. Case No.04 of 2024.
In the light of the aforesaid submission made by learned advocate for the petitioner, CO 2177 of 2025 stands disposed of by requesting the Learned Judge of the Family Court, Jhargram to make an endeavour to see that
the Misc. Case No.04 of 2024 is disposed of as expeditiously as possible, if the same is otherwise is ready for hearing, without granting any unnecessary adjournment to either of the parties.
With the above observations, CO 2177 of 2025 stands disposed of.
There shall, however, be no order as to costs. Urgent certified photocopy of this order, if applied for, be supplied as expeditiously as possible. (Hiranmay Bhattacharyya, J.)
