1. Learned counsel for the State has filed the report to the effect that stridhan articles have been recovered from the house of the petitioners at the instance of the complainant. It has also been stated that the accused persons cooperated with the investigation.

2. Taking into account, in the event of arrest, the petitioners shall be released on anticipatory bail upon furnishing a bond of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand Only) each with two sureties of like amount each, one of whom must be local, to the satisfaction of the Arresting Officer and on subject to the condition that the petitioners shall not threaten or intimidate the prosecution witnesses in any manner whatsoever and the

petitioners shall join the investigation as and when directed by the I.O.

3. Thus, the prayer for anticipatory bail is allowed.

4. CRM (A) 2126 of 2025 is disposed of.

5. Urgent Photostat certified copy of this order be given to the parties upon compliance with all necessary formalities. ( Dinesh Kumar Sharma, J. )
