The present revisional was called on 16th June, 2023 when an accommodation was prayed for on behalf of the petitioner. Today, when the matter has been called, none appears on behalf of the petitioner.

Mr. Saryati Dutta, learned Advocate, who ordinarily appears on behalf of the State is directed to represent the State. His appointment may be regularized by the concerned authorities in due course.

I have considered the merits of the revisional application which was filed for quashing of Hirapur P. S. Case No. 295 of 2015 dated 22.11.2015 wherein the chargesheet was submitted under Sections 380/411 IPC. None of the documents under Section 207 of the Code of Criminal Procedure has been enclosed in connection with the revisional application. Further, I find that the case was initiated in the year 2015 and chargesheet was submitted in the year 2016.

Having regard to the belated plea taken as also the documents under Section 207 Cr.PC being absent in the revisional

application, I am of the opinion that no interference is called for. Accordingly, the revisional application being CRR 2141 of 2023 is disposed of.
