1. Heard learned Counsel for the parties.

2. Taking into consideration the gravity of the offence, seriousness of allegation against the present petitioner and the way the victim/informant has been exploited on the pretext of getting her a job in Kerala, we are not inclined to exercise our discretion in favour of the petitioner under Section 438 Cr.P.C. at this stage.

3. Accordingly, the prayer for the anticipatory bail is rejected.
