Learned counsel for the petitioner is pressing for bail on the ground that subsequent to rejection of bail application of present petitioner vide order dated 13th June, 2025 by the learned Additional Sessions Judge, Chandannagore, Hooghly. The learned Trial Court admitted another co-accused Biswajit Ruidas to bail vide order dated 22nd June, 2025. 2.
Learned counsel for the petitioner has invited the attention of the Court to the certain observations made by the learned Additional Sessions Judge to that effect that there is no evidence of any external injury and deceased expired due to myocardinal shock and the manner of death was natural. 3.
The Court considers that in terms of the order dated 20th June, 2025 passed by the learned Trial Court, let the petitioner moves a fresh bail application before the learned Trial Court.
The learned Trial Court shall consider the bail application independently.

Thus, taking into account, its order dated 20th June, 2025 since the petitioner are in custody the learned Trial Court is directed to dispose of the bail application within a period of 30 days of filing of such bail petition.

This Court has not gone into the merits of the case and no expression shall tantamount on the merits of the case. 6.
Accordingly, bail application stands disposed off. 7.
All parties shall act on the basis of the server copy of this order.
