Learned advocate for the petitioner is present. Record reflects that the grievance of the petitioner relate to the order of interim maintenance which was affirmed by learned Additional Sessions Judge, Chanchal, Malda in Criminal Revision No.03 of 2020.

Having considered the period of time which has lapsed in the meantime and the quantum of interim maintenance so awarded which is the subject matter of challenge, liberty is granted to the petitioner to canvass the points which have been advanced in the present revisional application in course of the trial and final argument in connection with Case No.96M of 2018 pending before learned Judicial Magistrate, 1st Court, Chanchal, Malda. With the aforesaid observations, CRR 1827 of 2021 is disposed of.

Pending application, if any, is consequently disposed of.
