Learned Counsel for the petitioners wants to withdraw this application for anticipatory bail with a liberty to file better application before the Court of competent jurisdiction. 3.

Accordingly, CRM (A) 2369 of 2023 is disposed of as withdrawn with the aforesaid liberty.

The original impugned order be returned to the petitioners or their Counsel on substitution of the same by an authenticated xerox copy.
