Learned Advocate appearing for the State draws the attention of the Court to the averments made in the first paragraph of the bail petition and to the order dated April 6, 2021. He submits that the petitioner applied for bail by CRM 1544 of 2021 which was rejected on April 6, 2021. The petitioner suppressed such fact in the bail petition. Learned Advocate appearing for the petitioner submits that he was not made aware of such fact by his client. Considering the conduct of suppression of the order dated April 6, 2021 by the petitioner and considering that there is hardly any change of circumstances, the prayer for bail made by the petitioner is rejected with costs assessed at Rs.10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand only) to be paid by the petitioner to the West Bengal State Legal Services Authorities, Kolkata within a

fortnight from date. The police are directed to draw the attention of the jurisdictional Court to this order imposing costs. The jurisdictional Court will endeavour to realize such costs, if not paid, within the time stipulated. C.R.M. 6063 of 2021 is disposed of.
