Heard the learned Counsel for both the parties. 2.

The present application for bail is pressed on the ground of parity with Rohida Bibi who has been granted bail by Hon'ble Supreme Court in Criminal Appeal No. 1334 of 2023 arising out of SLP (Crl.) No. 4631 of 2023 dated May 1, 2023. 3.

We are constrained to hold that the present petitioner stands on a different footing than Rohida Bibi.

Accordingly, the prayer for bail of the petitioner is rejected. 6.

CRM (NDPS) 1145 of 2023 is dismissed.
