Heard the learned Counsel for both the parties. 2.

Commercial quantity of phensydyl having been found from the possession of the petitioner the prayer for bail has already been rejected by the co-ordinate Bench in September last year.

We do not find any supervening circumstance warranting reconsideration of the prayer for bail.

Accordingly, the prayer for bail of the petitioner is rejected. 6.

CRM (NDPS) 1146 of 2023 is dismissed.
