1. This review application is filed against the order dated 24.04.2024 passed in MAT 2364 of 2023.

2. Learned advocate appearing for the review applicant seeks to place reliance on certain decision which was rendered much after the impugned order and seeks review of the same. The said ground cannot be taken as a ground for reviewing of an order and in absence of any error, which was apparent on the face of the order, the question of entertaining the review application could not arise.

3. In the result, the review application and the connected application are dismissed.
