Mr. Debraj De ..for the petitioners This application under Article 227 of the Constitution of India is at the instance of the defendants praying for a direction upon the learned Civil Judge (Junior Division), 1st Court at Arambag, Hooghly to dispose of Title Suit No. 77 of 2012 expeditiously.

In view of the order sought and proposed to be passed, there is no necessity to direct issuance of any notice upon the opposite parties. However, the learned advocate on record of the petitioners shall be obliged to forward a copy of this application along with a server copy of this order upon the opposite parties forthwith. Upon going through the order sheets appended to this civil revisional application this Court finds that the plaintiffs filed an application under Section 151 of the Code of Civil Procedure for recalling of PWs and DWs and hearing of such application has been fixed on 1st July, 2026. In the light of the submissions made by the learned advocate for the petitioners, C.O. 2009 of 2026 stands disposed of by requesting the learned Civil Judge (Junior Division), 1st Court at Arambag, Hooghly to take up the

hearing of the application under Section 151 of the Code of Civil Procedure filed by the plaintiffs on the next date fixed i.e. on 1st July, 2026, if the same is otherwise ready for hearing and make an endeavour to dispose of the same as expeditiously as possible but preferably within a period of eight weeks from the next date fixed without granting any unnecessary adjournments to either of the parties. Depending on the fate of the said application the learned trial judge shall make an endeavour to dispose of the Title Suit No. 77 of 2012 which has been renumbered as Title Suit No.131 of 2015 as expeditiously as possible. There shall be, however, no order as to costs. Urgent certified photocopy of this order, if applied for, be supplied to the parties expeditiously on compliance of usual legal formalities.
