Laskar Ms. Meghna Chowdhury ....for the petitioner After some argument the learned advocate appearing for the petitioner submits that through inadvertence an application under Article 227 of the Constitution of India has been filed though the order impugned is an appealable one. He prays for liberty to withdraw this civil revisional application with liberty to approach the appropriate forum. In the light of the submissions made by the learned advocate for the petitioner, CO 2015 of 2026 stands dismissed as withdrawn with liberty to the petitioner to approach the appropriate forum in accordance with law. The petitioner will be permitted to take back the certified copy of the order impugned by replacing the same with a photostat copy thereof.

There will be no order as to costs.
