1. In this writ petition filed as a Public Interest Litigation, the petitioner seeks for issuance of a direction to ensure the sanctity of the Society at large and the people are maintained and no communities is made the object of humiliation because of their affiliation to some religious and spiritual institutions.

2. On going through the affidavit, we find that such matters cannot be dealt with in a Public Interest Litigation. Therefore, the reliefs as sought for by the petitioner in this writ petition, cannot be granted. However it will be open to the petitioner to adopt other means of raising their grievances.
