1. Learned counsel for the State has filed the report of S.I. Susanta Dan, Belda P.S. to the effect that the petitioner had duly joined the investigation and cooperated with the investigation.

2. The facts in brief are that the complaint was lodged regarding the mental and physical torture for bringing insufficient dowry and also for an attempt to rape against the father-inlaw i.e. the father of the present petitioner. The father-in-law has already been admitted to bail by the learned Trial Court.

3. Taking into account, in the event of arrest, the petitioner shall be released on anticipatory bail upon furnishing a bond

of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand Only) with two sureties of like amount each, one of whom must be local, to the satisfaction of the Arresting Officer and on subject to the condition that the petitioner shall not threaten or intimidate the prosecution witnesses in any manner whatsoever and the petitioner shall join the investigation as and when directed by the I.O.

4. Thus, the prayer for anticipatory bail is allowed.

5. CRM (A) 2129 of 2025 is disposed of.
