Learned counsel for the petitioners states that it was a free fight between two groups. The police did not register the FIR on the complaint being made by the petitioners and simply lodged made a general diary entry. Learned counsel submits that the petitioners had also suffered injury. 2.

Learned counsel for the State has opposed the bail application on the ground that the injured have suffered injuries on the vital part of the body. Learned counsel for the State submits that the petitioner had not joined the investigation. 3.

Perusal of injury report indicates that the injured have suffered injuries on the scalp. Weapon of offence is yet to be recovered.

The court considers that the petitioners not entitled to be admitted to anticipatory bail.
