Pursuant to the order dated 17th November, 2023 writ petition is taken up for consideration today when no one appears for the petitioner and no accommodation is prayed for.

From the report dated 4th December, 2023 of AR (Mandamus-II) it appears that administrative notice dated 20th November, 2023 was attempted to be served upon the petitioner based on the address given in the cause title of the writ petition, but due to incomplete address the service could not be made complete. Writ petition appeared in the monthly cause list of October/November, and was taken up for consideration on 17th November, 2023 when no one appeared for the petitioner. Today, also the matter is on board but writ petitioner remains unrepresented. It appears that petitioner has lost interest. The writ petition stands dismissed.

Interim order, if any, stands vacated.
