Heard the learned Advocates appearing for the parties. We have considered the materials on record including the statement of the victim lady prima facie implicating the petitioner in the alleged crime.

In view of the gravity of the offence and the prima facie involvement of the petitioner therein, we are of the opinion that this is not a fit case to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner.

Accordingly, the prayer for anticipatory bail of the petitioner is rejected.
