The report as directed by order dated July 16, 2024 is placed before me, perused it; the explanation offered justifying the delay in disposal of the suit in spite of direction passed by a coordinate Bench of this Court is satisfactory, as such, is accepted.

It appears that the learned Trial Judge vide order dated September 5, 2024 has posted the suit in the peremptory hearing board.

Adhering to the earlier direction, the learned Trial Judge is requested to bring the suit to its logical conclusion as expeditiously as possible in accordance with law. CO 1971 of 2024 is disposed of with the above observations without any order as to costs.
