The record of the revisional application reflects that on 11.4.2019, none appeared on behalf of the petitioner and as such the revisional application was dismissed for default.

Subsequently, the revisional application was restored by an order dated 20.8.2019 of this Court. The revisional application subsequently appeared on 2.12.2019. The learned advocate for the petitioner prayed for a long adjournment as is reflected from the order.

The revisional application was filed with a prayer for transferring the proceedings from the Court of the learned Judicial Magistrate, 3rd Court, Purulia to the Court of the learned Judicial Magistrate, Chandannagore, Hooghly.

As the revisional application relates to a proceeding of the year 2017 and is pending for more than four and half years before this Court, I am of the opinion that the prayer as sought for in the revisional application cannot be acceded at this belated stage. With the aforesaid observations, the revisional application being CRR 2025 of 2018 is dismissed.

Pending application, if any, is consequently disposed of.
