The writ petition was preferred by the petitioner M/L. No.646 Rakib against his wife and his elder brother, the same was submitted on 7th of April, 2024 before the Officer-inCharge of Bishnupur Police Station. Grievance of the petitioner is that in spite of the information being received no steps have been taken against the private respondents.

I have considered the contention which was advanced by the petitioner on or about April, 2024 and I find that the genesis of the same relates to matrimonial dispute.

As none appears on behalf of the State Mr. Vijay Agarwal, learned advocate who ordinarily appears for the State is directed to represent the State. His appointment may be regularized by the concerned authorities. Having considered the grievance of the petitioner and the time period which has passed, I direct the petitioner to approach the jurisdictional Court with necessary prayers.

With the aforesaid observations WPA 14971 of 2024 is disposed of.

All concerned parties shall act on the server copy of this order duly downloaded from the official website of this Court.
