Mr. Rajendra Banerjee, Ld. APP Mr. Amal Kumar Datta Leave is granted to the learned advocate appearing for the petitioner to correct the Cause Title.

Learned advocate appearing for the petitioner is directed to serve a copy of the revisional application upon Mr. Rajendra Banerjee, learned Additional Public Prosecutor and Mr. Amal Kumar Datta learned advocate are directed to represent the State. Their appearance may be regularized by the concerned authorities.

Learned advocate for the petitioner submits that warrant of arrest has been issued by the learned Judge (Electricity Act) cum learned Additional District Judge, Asansol on 03.12.2024. Petitioner was unaware regarding the same but has very recently come to know of the harsher process of law and as such intends to appear before the Court, however, because of the nature of the process of law which has been issued, petitioner apprehends coercive consequences.

Having considered the plight expressed by the petitioner and an undertaking that he intends to surrender before the

learned Jurisdictional Court, I direct that the warrant of arrest issued on 03.12.2024 and all subsequent orders relating to the process be kept in abeyance till 28th of July, 2026. If the petitioner appears within the aforesaid period, the learned Jurisdictional Court would allow the petitioner to furnish bond on such terms and conditions as he deems fit and proper. With the aforesaid observations the revisional application being CRR 2660 of 2025 along with connected application being CRAN 1 of 2025 are disposed of.

All concerned parties shall act on the server copy of this order duly downloaded from the official website of this Court. Urgent photostat certified copy of this order, if applied for, be supplied to the parties upon compliance with all requisite formalities.
