It appears that pursuant to the order passed by this Court on 7th July, 2025, 3 witnesses have been examined and dates for examination of two more witnesses have been fixed on 18th August, 2025 and 19th August, 2025. It appears that trial is at its fag end. Considering the material on record, this Court is of the view that the petitioner does not deserve a favourable order at this stage. Accordingly, the prayer for bail is rejected at this stage. The learned trial Court is directed to conclude the trial as expeditiously as possible without granting any unnecessary adjournment to either of the parties, in accordance with law. The application for bail is disposed of.
