The report shows that the petitioners have complied with the notice under Section 41(A) of the Code of Criminal Procedure and have cooperated with the investigation.

The learned Counsel for the State opposes the prayer for anticipatory bail. 4.

Considering the materials available in the case diary and the nature, the nature and extent complicity of the petitioners in the commission of alleged offence and also considering the injury report, we are of the view that custodial interrogation of the present petitioners is not necessary. 5.

Accordingly, we direct that in the event of arrest the petitioners namely, Pranab Kumar Das, Pasupati Jana and Sukanta Jana, shall be released on Signed By :

bail upon furnishing a bond of Rs.10,000/- each, with two sureties of like amount each, one of whom must be local, to the satisfaction of Arresting Officer and subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure and with a further condition that the petitioners shall meet the I.O. once in a week till the submission of the final report. The petitioners shall not leave the jurisdiction of District Purba Medinipur without the permission of the Investigation Officer. The petitioners shall appear before the learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, Tamluk, Purba Medinipur in connection with G.R. No. 1087/24 within two weeks from date. 6.

Accordingly, the prayer for anticipatory bail of the petitioners is allowed. 7.

CRM (A) 1888 of 2024 is, thus, disposed of.
