The petitioner is aggrieved by the steps taken by the Block Land and Land Reforms Officer, Singur in mutating the property in favour of the private respondents.

The Court is of the opinion that the issue of mutation of property by the Block Land and Land Reforms Officer cannot be adjudicated in the instant writ petition.

The writ petition fails and is hereby dismissed.

It will be open for the petitioner to approach the competent forum for remedy in accordance with law, if so advised.
