Mr. K. J. Yusuf, learned State counsel appearing for the State respondents submits an affidavit-report affirmed on August 5, 2024, the same is taken on record. The parties jointly submit that, the proceeding has been referred under Section 18 of the Land Acquisition Act, 1894 before the learned L. A. Judge, 3rd Court, Barasat.

In view of the above, nothing further survives in this writ petition.

Learned jurisdictional L.A. Judge is requested to dispose of the proceeding strictly in accordance with law as expeditiously as possible.

With the above observation this writ petition, WPA 15219 of 2024 stands disposed of, without any order as to costs.
