Learned Advocate for the appellants submits that he received an instruction from his clients that the suit in the trial court has been withdrawn by the plaintiff/respondent and, therefore, all the issues have been resolved amicably. It is further submitted that there is no point in proceeding with the instant appeal and, therefore, he prays for withdrawal thereof. The written instruction filed in Court today is kept with the record.

In view of the above, the instant appeal is dismissed as 'withdrawn'.
