The State of West Bengal Mr. Saurav Chatterjee ...for the petitioner Mr. Binay Panda Ms. Puspita Saha Mr. Subham Bhakat ...for the State Having heard the learned advocate for the petitioner as well as the learned advocate for the State and on perusal of the order dated 16th December, 2021 passed by a Co-ordinate Bench it appears that the petitioner namely Manaranjan Naskar was granted interim bail considering the period of detention by a Co-ordinate Bench of this Court. The learned advocate for the State has not submitted anything about the conduct of the accused when he was on interim bail regarding tampering

of evidence, threatening or inducing any of the witnesses on behalf of the prosecution etc.

In view of such circumstances and taking into account the above consideration, the interim bail granted to Manaranjan Naskar be confirmed on the same terms and conditions.

The application is, thus, disposed of.
