Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner submits that the application for expeditious disposal of the proceeding is pending before the learned West Bengal State Tribunal and the next date of hearing is fixed before the learned Tribunal on September 30, 2021.

The State is represented through counsel. He submits fairly that the State could not stand in the way if a direction is passed for an expeditious disposal of the pending proceeding before the Tribunal below. It appears that the matter originated in the year 2009 and an application before the learned tribunal was made in the year 2016.

In view of the above, we request the learned tribunal to dispose of the pending application as expeditiously as possible, preferably within January 31, 2022.

With the above observations, the application is disposed of.
