At the time of call accommodation has been prayed for on behalf of the petitioner to effect service of notice upon the respondents excepting State respondents who are represented today.

It appears far back on 18th July, 2024 the writ petition was taken up for consideration when on the prayer made on behalf of the petitioner hearing of the writ petition was adjourned in order to enable the learned advocate for the petitioner to complete service of notice upon the respondents. Today again similar prayer is made in order to adjourn the matter for effecting service of notice upon the non-appearing respondents.

It appears that petitioner has lost interest. The writ petition stands dismissed.
