We have considered the materials on record. Petitioner claims to be an Indian national. He has relied on various documents. None of which can be said to be conclusive for proof of citizenship.

Under such circumstances and the nature of offence, we are not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner. Accordingly, the prayer for bail of the petitioner is rejected.
