None appears for the private respondent despite service of notice.

Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the State respondents.

The petitioner complains that the private respondent has raised illegal construction on public land by obstructing his egress and ingress. The petitioner submitted a representation before the respondent no.6 on 16th April, 2021 expressing his grievance but the said representation is yet to be disposed of. The petitioner prays for consideration of the said representation at the earliest by the respondent no.6.

Having considered the submissions made on behalf of the parties as well as the material on record, I dispose of the writ petition with a direction upon the

respondent no.6 to consider and dispose of the representation filed by the petitioner on 16th April, 2021, within a period of three months from the date of communication of this order after affording reasonable opportunity of hearing to all the affected parties including the petitioner and the private respondent, in accordance with law.

With such observation, WPA 15280 of 2021 is disposed of. However, there shall be no order as to costs.

Since no affidavits are invited, the allegations contained in the petition are deemed not to be admitted.
