1. None appears for the appellants on call. No accommodation has been prayed for.

2. Learned senior counsel appearing for the respondents submits that the order and direction issued by this Court from time to time has been fully complied with and nothing survives in this appeal. On the last occasion, Mr. Pramit Ray, learned counsel appeared for the appellant submitted that he has some points to canvass. Considering the fact that the order has already been implemented in favour of the respondents, any such submission would be academic. Therefore, whatever legal issues which the appellant wants to canvass, qua the powers of the authorities for regulating the safety and security of the Railways, the same is left open but, however, so far as the case of the respondents are concerned, since the order has already been implemented, no further orders need to be passed in this appeal.

3. Accordingly, the appeal stands disposed of. Consequently, all the connected applications also stand disposed of.
