In view of termination of the contract of the petitioner by the railway authorities during pendency of the writ petition, the petitioner has taken necessary steps and the present writ petition, according to the petitioner, has become infructuous. The petitioner does not intend to proceed with the writ petition any further.

In view of the same, the writ petition being WPA 13868 of 2023 is dismissed for non-prosecution. However, there shall be no order as to costs. Urgent certified website copy of this order, if applied for, be supplied to the parties upon compliance with all requisite formalities.
