Petitioner This is an application filed under Section 482 of the Code of Criminal Procedure 1973 seeking quashing of proceedings initiated against the petitioner under Section 138 of the Negotiable Instrument Act, 1881 which is pending before the learned Judicial Magistrate, 1st Class, 4th Court, Asansol in C. Case No. 189/13. The instant case is pending since 2017. Despite of the said facts the petitioner is no more interested to proceed with the case. Inspite of several opportunities given to the petitioner, no one represented the petitioner. It seems that the petitioner is no more interested to proceed with the case.

Under such circumstances, CRR 1803 of 2017 is thus dismissed for default.

Interim order, if any be vacated.
