Mr. Naresh Balodia ... for the petitioners This application under Article of the Constitution of India is at the instance of the defendant nos. 5, 6, 7 and 8 praying for reconsideration of an order dated 18th January, 2018 passed in C.O. 3374 of 2017 and for setting aside the order no. 72 dated 18th February, 2019 in Misc. Case No. 632 of 2017 and order no. 73 dated 14th March, 2019 in Misc. Case No. 1801 of 2005. The orders dated 18th February, 2019 and 14th March, 2019 passed in two different miscellaneous cases have been challenged by filing one civil revisional application and that too after a lapse of more than six years from passing of the said order. The inordinate delay in filing the civil revisional application has not been explained. For such reasons, this Court is not inclined to entertain this civil revisional application.

Accordingly, C.O. 2197 of 2025 stands dismissed. There shall be, however, no order as to costs. Urgent certified photocopy of this order, if applied for, be supplied to the parties expeditiously on compliance of usual legal formalities.
