Heard the learned Advocates for the parties.

We have perused the CCTV footage relied upon by the prosecution. Identity of the miscreant on the basis of the footage may be assessed during trial. However, there are other incriminating materials i.e. recovery of weapon of offence i.e. pistol on the leading statement of the petitioner which matches the bullet recovered from the body of the victim. Trial is in progress.

Hence, we are not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner. Accordingly, the prayer for bail of the petitioner is rejected.

Trial court is requested to expedite the trial and conclude the same at an early date without granting unnecessary adjournment to either of the parties.
