The petitioner's prayer for bail was rejected once on January 24, 2023 and then again on March 20, 2023. Both the rejections were after filing of charge-sheet which was in November 2022. We have heard learned Counsel for the parties. We have considered the material on record. The victim had implicated the petitioner in his suicide note.

We see no change of circumstances since the time when the petitioner's prayers for bail were rejected on two occasions. We are told that July 5, 2023 has been fixed as the date for framing of charges.

In view of the aforesaid, we are not inclined to enlarge the petitioner on bail. The prayer for bail is thus rejected. Accordingly, the application for bail being CRM (DB) 2337 of 2023 is dismissed.
