This court appreciates the work done by Mr. Tamal Kanti Sarkar who has affirmed this report in the form of affidavit on 3rd December, 2021, spirit of which is for resolving the dispute. The report is kept on record. I direct the petitioner to take cue from paragraph 2(d) at pages 3 and 4 of the said report and to complete the job within a period of 45 days from the date of this order. I think there would be no further problem for the petitioner after this report in this matter and with the above order I am disposing of this matter.
