Ms. M. Ali .....for State By this Public Interest Litigation the petitioner seeks implementation of the order dated 28.09.2022 passed by a learned Single Bench of this Court. The prayer sought for is misconceived and, if according to the petitioner the order has been violated, it is open to the aggrieved person to file a petition for contempt against such order and such relief cannot be granted in a Public Interest Litigation.

With the aforesaid observation, this writ petition is dismissed.
