Ms. Begam has personally informed this court that she had left her matrimonial home voluntarily and is presently residing with Sk. Iqbal, son of late Sk. Nasiruddin of Gopal Mukherjee Road, Chunni Babu Bazar, Police Station - Cossipore, Kolkata-700027, on her own volition.

In view thereof, this writ application fails and stands dismissed.

However, there will be no order as to costs.
