The writ petitioner/State Bank of India is not represented on two occasions.

Counsel for the respondents indicate that the bank has not been appearing before this Court on at least three occasions.

Counsel for the Aditya Birla Finance Limited/respondent no. 5. submits that the State Bank of India had undertaken in writing on 10th September, 2021 that they would vacate the premises. The said document and declaration is taken on record.

Accordingly, the writ petition shall stand dismissed for default.

Interim order, if any, shall stand vacated.

There shall be no order as to costs.
