Mr. Mukhreji, learned Public Prosecutor appearing for the State submits a progress report in connection with Shibpur Police Station Case No. 264 of 2021 dated 12.08.2021 under Sections 120B/420/406/467/468/471 of the Indian Penal Code.

In conclusion, the Investigating Officer after exhausting the procedure under the law has arrived at its findings that the offence is civil in nature and as such submitted final report discharging the accused persons from the case.

In view of the aforesaid, the present revisional application in CRR 1831 of 2021 has become infructuous.

Accordingly, the revisional application being CRR 1831 of 2021 is dismissed as infructuous.

The private opposite party would be at liberty to exhaust his remedies in accordance with law before the appropriate forum. Pending applications, if any, are consequently disposed of. Report so submitted by the S. I of Police, Shibpur P.S through the learned advocate for the State be kept with the record.
