Case No.446 of 2020 dated 02.06.2020 under Sections 448/325/326/307/379/34 of the Indian Penal Code corresponding to G.R. Case No.1472 of 2020.

1. Heard the learned Counsel for the parties. Charge-sheet is stated to be filed.

2. The occurrence happened in course of free fights between the two groups and one person of the informant party suffered injury on his forehead near the upper part of the nose.

3. Regard being had to such facts and submissions, factum of permanent residence of the petitioners and filing of charge-sheet, sequence of events and completion of investigation, it is directed that each of the petitioners shall appear before the learned ACJM, Islampur, Uttar Dinajpur in G.R. Case No.1472 of 2020 within 15 days

from today. In the event of their appearance and application for bail, each of the petitioners shall be released on bail on such terms and conditions as deemed just and proper in the facts and circumstances of the case.

4. Accordingly, the prayer for the anticipatory bail is allowed.

5. The application being CRM(A) 2385 of 2023 is disposed of.
