Rajendra Nath Kundu v. State Of West Bengal
31.10.2022 Item no.33.
Court No.35.
I.T C.R.R 1780 of 2015 Rajendra Nath Kundu -Vs.- State of West Bengal None appear on behalf of either parties when the matter is called on today.
It is evident that the present case is appearing in the list from 12th September 2022 and has been called on every day since thereafter when neither of the parties were ever represented. Hence today the matter is taken up for disposal on merit in absence of the parties.
In this revision the petitioner has challenged the entire proceeding in G.R. Case No.2319 of 2015 corresponding to Dasnagar P.S. Case No.98 of 2015 dated 31.03.2015 under Sections 420/406/506 IPC. It is his case that the proceeding has been initiated against him only maliciously and there is no sufficient ground to proceed against him. He has prayed for an order of this court to quash the said proceedings against him. The grounds pleaded by the petitioner appear to be not sufficient and cogent to ensure an order as prayed for him. Hence petitioner's prayer as above is found to be meritless. Accordingly on the finding as above the present revision case being CRR 1780 of 2015 is dismissed.
Interim order, if any, stands vacated.
