Learned counsel representing the erstwhile and present Pradhan of the Dasghara-I Gram Panchayat produces a copy of the order dated October 3, 2024 passed by the Sub-Divisional Officer, Sadar, Hooghly wherefrom it appears that certain follow-up steps have been taken by the Sub-Divisional Officer on receipt of the documents relating to unauthorized construction from the Pradhan of the Gram Panchayat.

If the petitioner is aggrieved by any of the finding of the Sub-Divisional Officer, then the same is to be adjudicated in a fresh proceeding. No further order can be passed in the instant contempt application. 3.

The contempt application is disposed of.

The contempt rule is discharged.

Certified copy of this order if applied for, shall be made available to the parties.
