1. The petitioner is a practicing advocate of this Court alleges that he went to a place about 200 kms. away from Kolkata on 10.05.2022 which was a working day and alleges that the private respondent has put up unauthorised construction. It is not clear as to why the writ petitioner has converted himself into a busy body and there appears to be lack of bona fide in the writ petition.
