1. Heard the learned Counsel for the parties. Considered materials placed by them including the statement of the witnesses and the injury report in respect of the victim. Charge-sheet is stated to be filed.

2. Regard being had to such facts and submissions, factum of permanent residence of the petitioners, sequences of events and filing of charge-sheet, it is directed that each of the petitioners shall appear before the ACJM, Chandannagar, Hooghly in G.R. Case No.935 of 2023 within 15 days from today. In the event of their appearance and application for bail, each of the petitioners shall be released on bail on such terms and

conditions as deemed just and proper in the facts and circumstances of the case.

3. Accordingly, the prayer for the anticipatory bail is allowed.

4. The application being CRM(A) 2388 of 2023 is disposed of.
